▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The flexible transparent electrode (100) has a transparent flexible substrate (110), a metal oxide layer (120) on a transparent flexible substrate, a metal layer (130) on the metal oxide layer, a graphene layer (140) on a metal layer, and a barrier layer (150) including a metal oxide on the graphene layer. The metal layer comprises at least one of copper, titanium, silver, cobalt, nickel, iron, platinum, gold, aluminum, chromium, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, rhenium, tantalum, tungsten, germanium, vanadium, and zirconium. USE - Flexible transparent electrode for use in solar cell and OLED device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - Fundamentally blocks the penetration of moisture or contaminants from the outside by forming a barrier layer on the top layer of the transparent electrode, and at the same time, ensures that the defects in the graphene layer under the barrier layer are healed, thus manufacturing a flexible transparent electrode with excellent performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a formation method of flexible transparent electrode.
