▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Forming a porous graphene-based structure, includes directing a laser beam onto at least one layer of graphene oxide to reduce at least a portion of the graphene oxide, where the laser beam consists of ultrafast femtosecond (fs) pulses of laser radiation to cause reduction of at least a portion of the graphene oxide by two-photon absorption and form at least one respective porous layers of reduced graphene oxide (rGO) having substantially uniform porosity. USE - The method is useful for forming a porous graphene-based structure which is used for forming supercapacitor (claimed) and sensing and energy storage. ADVANTAGE - The method provides the supercapacitor that has an energy density of at least 0.1 Wh cm-3 preferably at least 103 W cm-3 and has a volumetric capacitance of 102 mF cm3. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) porous structure formed by the method; and (2) porous graphene-based structure, including porous layers of reduced graphene oxide (rGO) having substantially uniform porosity.
