▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Apparatus comprises: at least one carbon nanotube film structure defining at least one pore; and at least one functionalized graphene sheet located on a surface of the carbon nanotube film structure and covering the pore. USE - The apparatus is useful in sample-support for TEM (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The apparatus: reduces/loweres the background noise of TEM; allows to achieve TEM photos with high resolution; lowers the cost and complexity of the TEM; and improves the stability, durability and the loading efficiency of the TEM. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a sample-support (I) for transmission electron microscope (TEM), comprising: a support defining at least one through hole; and the apparatus located on the support, where a portion of the apparatus is suspended above the through hole; and (2) a sample-support (II) for TEM, comprising: the support; and an apparatus covering on the support and partially suspended, where the apparatus comprises at least one carbon nanotube film structure (122) and many functionalized graphene sheets (124), and the carbon nanotube film structure comprises many intersected carbon nanotube strings (128) defining many pores (126).
