NOVELTY - A high temperature lubricated ceramic alloy material comprises 20-30 parts mass titanium nitride, 15-30 parts mass aluminum powder, 10-15 parts mass silicon dioxide, 5-10 parts mass silicon nitride, 3-5 parts mass boron nitride, 1-2 parts mass niobium pentoxide, 1-2 parts mass graphene oxide, 0.5-1 part mass cesium oxide, 0.5-1 part mass yttrium oxide, 0.5-1 part mass phosphorus molybdenum phenolic resin powder and 0.5-1 pt. wt. ceramic alloy coupling agent. USE - High temperature lubricated ceramic alloy material for bearings. ADVANTAGE - The ceramic alloy material has improved strength, excellent abrasion resistance, and provides bearing with excellent deformation resistance at high temperature conditions. The alloy material is prepared by a simple, safe and economical, environmentally-friendly process suitable for large-scale industrial production, with easily controllable parameters.
