NOVELTY - A high-permeability composite carbon fiber cloth comprises carbon fiber cloth and impregnated rubber material comprising 2.20-2.80 wt.% three-dimensional porous graphene, 2.36-2.84 wt.% fluorinated graphene, 2.24-2.76 wt.% nano-cellulose aerogel, 41.20-43.20 wt.% epoxy resin, and balance organic solvent. USE - High-permeability composite carbon fiber cloth. ADVANTAGE - The high-permeability composite carbon fiber cloth has excellent air permeability and leakage-proof performance due to improved bonding effect of the impregnated rubber material and carbon fiber cloth. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the high-permeability composite carbon fiber cloth, which involves (s1) heating and mixing 1/2 of three-dimensional porous graphene with 1/6 of epoxy resin and organic solvent, ultrasonically processing for 20-30 minutes to obtain impregnated rubber (A), (s2) heating and mixing 1/2 of fluorinated graphene with 1/6 epoxy resin and organic solvent, ultrasonically processing for 20-30 minutes to obtain impregnated rubber (B), (s3) heating and mixing 1/2 of nano-cellulose aerogel and 1/6 epoxy resin and organic solvent in step one, ultrasonically processing for 20-30 minutes to obtain impregnated rubber (C), (s4) heating and mixing remaining amount of three-dimensional porous graphene, fluorinated graphene, nano-cellulose aerogel, epoxy resin, and organic solvent, ultrasonically processing for 40-50 minutes to obtain impregnated rubber (D), (s5) heating and mixing 1/2 of impregnated rubber (A), 1/2 of impregnated rubber (B), 1/2 of impregnated rubber (C) and 1/2 impregnated rubber (D) and ultrasonically processing for 70-80 minutes to obtain impregnated rubber (E), and (s6) immersing the carbon fiber cloth in impregnated rubber (A), heating and ultrasonically processing for 20-30 minutes, cooling to obtain composite carbon fiber cloth (A), immersing the composite fiber cloth (A) in the impregnated rubber (B), heating and ultrasonically processing for 20-30 minutes, cooling to obtain composite carbon fiber cloth (B), immersing the composite carbon fiber (B) into the impregnated rubber (C), heating and ultrasonically processing for 20-30 minutes, cooling to obtain composite carbon fiber cloth (C), immersing the composite carbon fiber cloth (C) in impregnated rubber (D), heating and ultrasonically processing for 40-50 minutes, cooling to obtain composite carbon fiber cloth (D), and immersing the composite carbon fiber cloth (D) in the impregnated rubber (E), heating and ultrasonically processing for 40-50 minutes, and cooling.
