NOVELTY - Thermal conductive coated textile fabric comprises a textile and a coating printed on the surface of the textile, where the textile is pretreated by a mixture, and the coating composition includes 5-6 pts. wt. water, 6-12 pts. wt. graphene oxide powder, 8-13 pts. wt. photocurable water-based polyurethane, 12-20 pts. wt. solvent, 4-7 pts. wt. photoinitiator 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl-1-propanone, 8-12 pts. wt. viscosity modifier, and 10-15 pts. wt. additives. The additive components include rheology agent 1,4-butyrolactone and dispersant Span 85(Sorbitan trioleate). USE - Used as thermal conductive coated textile fabric. ADVANTAGE - The thermal conductive coated textile fabric increases the bonding between coating size and textiles, and improves the bond between coatings and textiles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing technique of the thermal conductive coated textile fabric, comprising (i) processing textile fabrics by pouring sodium hydroxide solution into water, stirring and mixing sodium hydroxide solution to-be completely dissolved in water, continuously adding penetrating agent JFC, heating, mixing and stirring to obtain mixed solution, soaking the fabric in the mixed solution for 1 hour, and taking out the fabric for washing and drying to complete the fabric pretreatment; (ii) preparing coating slurry by adding graphene oxide powder into water for ultrasonic mixing, adding photocurable water-based polyurethane and stirring until a uniformly dispersed mixture is obtained, continuously stirring while adding solvent, photoinitiator 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl-1-propanone, viscosity modifier and additive, stirring for 20 minutes, and finishing the preparation of coating slurry; (iii) printing the surface coating of the textile, conveying the textile fabrics obtained in the step (i) by a roller printer, adding the coating slurry prepared in the step (ii) to a printing box of roller printer, transferring the coating slurry to the textile fabrics using a pressing roller, and finishing the printing of the coating on the surface of the textile fabrics; (iv) curing textile fabrics surface coating by conveying the textile fabrics sequentially to a baking machine and light curing machine, finishing the curing of the surface coating textile fabrics; and (v) reducing the surface coating of the textile fabric, placing the textile fabrics in heating reducing liquid for soaking, taking out and rinsing and drying, finishing the reduction of the surface coating of the textile, and coiling the textile fabrics.
