▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing insulated composite radiating layer for automobile exhaust pipe hook comprises (i) uniformly mixing bisphenol A type polycarbonate, white carbon, anatase titanium dioxide, aluminum nitride, graphene, silane coupling agent and aucubin, heating and melting; (ii) transferring the step (i) molten product into a twin-screw extruder and extruding; (iii) discharging and cooling to room temperature; and (iv) subjecting the step (iii) product to heart treatment at 200 degrees C for 3 hours, and cooling naturally, to obtain the final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing insulated composite radiating layer for automobile exhaust pipe hook (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, energy saving and environmentally friendly; and has emission reduction property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing insulated composite radiating layer for automobile exhaust pipe hook comprises (i) uniformly mixing 70 wt.% bisphenol A type polycarbonate, 10 wt.% white carbon, 5 wt.% anatase titanium dioxide, 4 wt.% aluminum nitride, 4 wt.% graphene, 5 wt.% silane coupling agent and 2 wt.% aucubin, heating and melting; (ii) transferring the step (i) molten product into a twin-screw extruder and extruding, where the temperature ranges in each temperature zone includes 260 degrees C in 1-2 temperature zone, 270 degrees C in 3-4 temperature zone, 280 degrees C in 5-6 temperature zone, 300 degrees C in 7-8 temperature zone and 315 degrees C in 9-10 temperature zone, the die temperature is 105 degrees C, twin screw length-diameter ratio is 35 and screw speed is 300 rotations/minute; (iii) discharging and cooling to room temperature; and (iv) subjecting the step (iii) product to heart treatment at 200 degrees C for 3 hours, and cooling naturally, to obtain the final product.
