NOVELTY - Modified spandex fabric with piezoelectric effect comprises a sandwich structure comprising middle layer comprising a polyurethane/barium titanate composite fiber net, and other two layers comprising a polyurethane/graphene composite fiber net. USE - As modified spandex fabric with piezoelectric effect. ADVANTAGE - The modified spandex fabric has excellent tensile elasticity and conductivity, and exhibits piezoelectric effect under both pressing and stretching actions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the modified spandex fabric with piezoelectric effect, which involves (i) preparing polyurethane/barium titanate composite fiber by adding barium titanate nanoparticles to the polyurethane solution, thoroughly mixing, and spinning to obtain polyurethane/barium titanate composite fiber, which is marked as (A) fiber, (ii) preparing polyurethane/graphene composite fiber by adding graphene powder to the polyurethane solution, uniformly mixing, and spinng to obtain polyurethane/graphene composite fiber, which is marked as (B) fiber, and (iii) preparing composite fiber fabric by cutting the above two kinds of fibers into staple fibers respectively, combing through a carding machine to obtain a fiber web with a low gram weight, stacking the two fiber webs in a (B)/(A)/(B) manner to maintain the surface of each fiber web smooth and even without damage, and bonding.
