NOVELTY - The preparation method of high-strength graphene composite aerogel, involves (1) adding catalyst and nano-materials to water and uniformly dispersing to obtain mixture (A), (2) adding resorcinol and formaldehyde to mixture (A) and mixing to obtain mixture (B), (3) ultrasonically reacting graphene oxide in deionized water to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, (4) dispersing graphene oxide dispersion in mixture (B) and heating to obtain graphene hydrogel, (5) placing graphene hydrogel in aqueous solution at different temperatures and freeze-drying. USE - Preparation of high-strength graphene composite aerogel used for lithium battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of high-strength graphene composite aerogel with high dispersion stability, high specific surface area, increased porosity and increased conductivity by simple and environmentally-friendly process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of high-strength graphene composite aerogel, involves (1) adding certain amount of catalyst and nano-materials to water and uniformly dispersing for 3-7 hours to obtain mixture (A), (2) adding certain amount of resorcinol and formaldehyde to mixture (A) and mixing to obtain mixture (B), (3) ultrasonically reacting graphene oxide in deionized water for 0.5-2 hours with ultrasonic power of 2500-3500 W to obtain graphene oxide dispersion with concentration of 0.1-5 mg/mL, (4) dispersing graphene oxide dispersion in mixture (B) and heating at 80-100 degrees C for 1-5 hours to obtain graphene hydrogel, (5) placing graphene hydrogel in aqueous solution at different temperatures and freeze-drying.
