▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A composite material (1) comprises reduced graphene oxide and silver nanoparticles in the weight ratio of 2:1. The reduced graphene oxide has a thickness of 80 plus minus 30-200 plus minus 30 nm and silver nanoparticles have a particle size of 30 plus minus 5-60 plus minus 5 nm. USE - Composite material used in sensors for sensing temperature, strain, pressure, force, acoustic, speed, humidity, gas sensing and biological samples (all claimed). Uses include but are not limited to biomedical devices relating to drug delivery, bio-imaging, cancer therapy and artificial muscles, in dye sensitized solar cell, liquid crystal devices, field emission devices, organic LED, pH sensors, temperature sensors, pressure sensors, biosensors, lithium ion batteries and super capacitors. ADVANTAGE - The composite material comprising reduced graphene oxide helps to produce sensors with improved properties. The sensor has simpler electronic circuitry, and is lightweight and can be produced economically. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of composite material; and (2) sensor. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of graphene-silver nanocomposite based temperature sensor.
