NOVELTY - Graphite sheet has a thermal conductivity of greater than or equal to 1000 W/m.K in a plane direction and a thermal conductivity of greater than or equal to 30 W/m.K in a thickness direction. USE - The graphite sheet is useful for an electronic device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sheet has excellent thermal conductivity in both planar direction and thickness direction.
