NOVELTY - A broken bridge aluminum extruded section comprises a heat insulation strip connected between aluminum alloy components (A) and (B), hook-shaped inserts extended on both sides of the heat insulation strip, and fixedly connected to the components (A) and (B). The heat insulating strip comprises 80-95 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride, 10-18 pts. wt. nitrile rubber powder, 10-20 pts. wt. glass fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene, 0.5-5 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, 5-7 pts. wt. crosslinking active agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. hydrolysis-resistant agent and 0.5-1 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Broken bridge aluminum extruded section. ADVANTAGE - The broken bridge aluminum extruded section has excellent stability, heat insulation property, toughness, durability and aging resistance, is environmentally-friendly and can be produced economically. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of broken bridge aluminum extruded section, which involves forming a zigzag tooth channel using aluminum alloy components (A) and (B) with heat insulation strip between the alloy components, and embedding the heat insulation strip by rolling, such that the hook-shaped inserts on both sides of the heat insulation strip are fixedly connected to the zigzag teeth of the components (A) and (B).
