NOVELTY - Thermally conductive gasket comprises a multilayer composite material sheet, where adjacent layers of the composite material sheet are provided with graphene-like nanobelts. USE - As thermally conductive gasket. ADVANTAGE - The gasket includes a multilayer composite material sheet, and graphene-like nanobelts connecting adjacent composite material sheets, which improves the connection relationship between the composite material sheets, and enhances the heat transfer capacity between the composite material sheet layers, and simultaneously reduces the contact thermal resistance of the interface, and improves the thermal conductivity of the gasket. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the thermally conductive gasket, involving soaking the composite material sheet in a solvent, and adding 2-methylnaphthalene to react to form graphene-like nanobelts between the composite material sheets, i.e., realizing the encapsulation of multi-layers of the composite material sheet, and cutting the encapsulated composite material sheet in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the composite material sheet to obtain the thermally conductive gasket.
