NOVELTY - Polyaspartic acid modified graphene-based boiler water treatment agent comprises polyaspartic acid, sodium gluconate, citric acid, poly ammonium lignin flocculant, sodium bentonite, graphene, salicylic acid, alkaline trehalose, meerschaum powder, crosslinking rectorite powder, starch xanthate, amino trimethylene phosphonic acid, polymeric silicic acid potassium sulfate, dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride, deionized water and water. USE - Used as polyaspartic acid modified graphene-based boiler water treatment agent. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Polyaspartic acid modified graphene-based boiler water treatment agent comprises 20-30 pts. wt. polyaspartic acid, 2-3 pts. wt. sodium gluconate, 2-3 pts. wt. citric acid, 40-50 pts. wt. poly ammonium lignin flocculant, 20-30 pts. wt. sodium bentonite, 8-10 pts. wt. graphene, 4-6 pts. wt. salicylic acid, 2-4 pts. wt. alkaline trehalose, 20-30 pts. wt. meerschaum powder, 10-14 pts. wt. crosslinking rectorite powder, 3-5 pts. wt. starch xanthate, 2-4 pts. wt. amino trimethylene phosphonic acid, 1-3 pts. wt. polymeric silicic acid potassium sulfate, 1-3 pts. wt. dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride, specific amount of deionized water and specific amount of water. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the water treatment agent, comprising (i) mixing polyaspartic acid and graphene in 2-3 times the amount of deionized water, homogenizing in high pressure homogenizer for 2-3 hours and spray drying to obtain dry graphene graft modified polyaspartic acid composite powder, (ii) adding sodium bentonite, sepiolite powder, crosslinked rectories powder and salicylic acid, stirring uniformly, placing in muffle furnace at 200 degrees C for 3-4 hours and cooling to obtain weak acid activate composite powder, (iii) mixing poly ammonium lignin flocculant and citric acid with 2-3 times the amount of deionized water, mixing, heating at 100 degrees C while stirring for 2-3 hours and cooling to obtain acidic flocculant, (iv) mixing starch xanthate, amino trimethylene phosphonic acid, polymeric silicic acid potassium sulfate, dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride and sodium gluconate, adding 12-14 times the amount of deionized water, stirring for 2-3 hours uniformly to obtain compound liquid, (v) mixing graphene graft modified polyaspartic acid composite powder, weak acid activate composite powder and acidic flocculant, homogenizing with high pressure homogenizer for 0.8-1.2 hours to obtain high absorbing composite powder, mixing the high absorbing composite powder with trehalose and alkaline composite liquid, stirring for 2-3 hours, centrifuging, vacuum dehydrating in dehydrator to a moisture content of 20-26%, extruding, granulating into 8-10 mm grain and drying at 100 degrees C hot air rapidly to obtain product.
