NOVELTY - The device has a flat belt composite mechanism, a traction mechanism and a winding mechanism placed on a graphene heating film flat belt compound machine. A lower covering film unreeling device (6) is placed on a machine frame (9), where the machine frame is formed as a Z-shaped structure. A graphene film unwinding device (1) unwinds a graphene thin film that is placed on a traction mechanism. Two sides of the graphene thin film are placed in parallel with a flow-carrying strip unreeling device (4). Two current carrying strips are coiled and are positioned on two sides of an upper surface of the graphene thin film. A lower covering film is conveyed to the flat belt composite mechanism through an upper pressing roller (12) and a lower pressing roller (11).
