▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Oxidation of flake graphite with high efficiency and isothermal gradient, comprises (1) adding flake graphite into 98% concentrated sulfuric acid in the reactor under low temperature conditions through cooling water, and mechanically stirring to fully disperse the flake graphite for 1 hour, (2) controlling the feeder to slowly and uniformly adding potassium permanganate within 1-5 hours, heating the materials gradually to ≯ 35℃, and keeping warm for 1-3 hours, (3) beating the oxidized material and desalted water in the reactor through a mixer, controlling the temperature of the final mixed material at 40-45℃, adding hydrogen peroxide under stirring until no more bubbles are produced, and (4) using a settler to carry out solid-liquid separation of the mixed solution, using a plate and frame filter press to wash and dry, and obtaining a graphite oxide product. USE - The method is useful for oxidizing crystalline flake graphite with high efficiency and isothermal gradient, where the graphite is graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of oxidizing crystalline flake graphite with high efficiency and isothermal gradient, and solves the problem of high temperature, middle temperature and high temperature three reaction stage to finish the oxidation reaction.
