▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing polyaniline functionalized graphene comprises (1) dissolving sulfonated polyaniline in graphene oxide dispersion liquid, and reacting to obtain a polyaniline/graphene oxide dispersion liquid, and (2) reducing polyaniline/graphene oxide dispersion in situ by a reducing agent to prepare polyaniline functionalized graphene. USE - The preparing polyaniline functionalized graphene is useful in field of flexible electronic circuit printing. ADVANTAGE - The method: has high conductivity, uniform film formation, strong bending resistance, electrical conductivity of 6.61 S/cm. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing polyaniline functionalized graphene conductive ink comprising (a) mixing polyaniline functionalized graphene and conductive carbon black to form a conductive filler, and mixing with binder and solvent to prepare a conductive ink premix, and (b) grinding prepared conductive ink premix to obtain polyaniline functionalized graphene conductive ink, the polyaniline-functionalized graphene in step A is preparing by method for preparing polyaniline-functionalized graphene.
