NOVELTY - Producing graphene/acrylate rubber composite material involves 2-5 pts. wt. emulsifier and 100 pts. wt. deionized water, pouring into the premixing kettle, stirring to fully dissolve and adding to the reactor, heating temperature in the reactor to 40-43 degrees C and keeping warm, adding 10-12 pts. wt. ethyl acrylate, 7-8 pts. wt. butyl acrylate, and 1-2 pts. wt. vinyl chloroacetate under the condition of continuous nitrogen flow into the premixer to make three kinds of monomers. The body is fully mixed, and the temperature of the pre-mixing kettle is controlled at 30-33 degrees C. The 1/3 of the material liquid flow in the premixing kettle is entering the reaction kettle, and when the temperature of the reaction kettle reaches 80-82 degrees C. USE - Method for producing graphene/acrylate rubber composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to produce graphene/acrylate rubber composite material that has the characteristics of high tensile strength and high elongation at break, and is easy to process and store. The rubber pellets are sent into the drying room to bake the glue until there is no water in the glue to obtain the raw rubber. The raw rubber is vulcanized to obtain a graphene/acrylate rubber composite material.
