ADVANTAGE - The catalyst having low overvoltage of the hydrogen generating electrode and the oxygen generating electrode. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the complex, comprising providing g-C3N4, preparing a suspension by mixing the g-C3N4 and rGO and filtering the suspension.
