NOVELTY - A graphene hybrid polyvinylidene fluoride inner liner coating film preparing method involves mixing polyvinylidene fluoride and first solvent to obtain first casting solution and mixing polyvinylidene fluoride, porogen, and first solvent to obtain second casting solution. The first casting solution and second casting solution is pressed through a gear pump into inner ring and outer ring is extruded into double-layer nozzle and pre-treating polyethylene terephthalate fiber braided tube from double layer nozzle through central hole of the nozzle to eject an initial coating film from the inner ring and the outer ring of the double-layer nozzle, where the polyethylene terephthalate fiber braided tube is hollow structure and an initial coating film is passed through predetermined distance into the gel liquid for curing to form curing mold. The curing mold is introduced into rinsing tank for rinsing and the rinsing cured film is collected on spinning wheel to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing graphene hybrid polyvinylidene fluoride inner liner coating film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing graphene hybrid polyvinylidene fluoride inner liner coating film with enhanced strength and permeability and enhanced interception performance, oxidation resistance and acid-alkali resistance ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene hybrid polyvinylidene fluoride inner liner coating film preparing method involves mixing polyvinylidene fluoride, porogen and first solvent to obtain first casting solution and mixing polyvinylidene fluoride, porogen, graphene, dispersion stabilizer and first solvent to obtain second casting solution. The first casting solution and the second casting solution is pressed through a gear pump into an inner ring and outer ring respectively extruded into the double-layer nozzle and simultaneously pre-treating the polyethylene terephthalate fiber braided tube from the double layer nozzle through the central hole of the nozzle to eject an initial coating film from an inner ring and outer ring of the double-layer nozzle, where the polyethylene terephthalate fiber braided tube is a hollow structure and an inner chamber contained a core liquid for separating an initial coating film in an inner ring and an initial coating film in the outer ring, an initial coating film is passed through a predetermined distance of air gap into the gel liquid for curing and setting to form a curing mold. The curing mold is introduced into the rinsing tank for rinsing and the rinsing cured film is collected on a spinning wheel to obtain the finished product.
