NOVELTY - High thermal conductivity heating pipe material comprises 30-70 pts. wt. polyethylene, 30-70 pts. wt. polybutene, 5-20 pts. wt. aluminum oxide, 0.5-10 pts. wt. graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. epoxy oil, 0.1-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 0.05-1 pts. wt. pentaerythritol (3-(3',5'-di-tert-butyl-4'-hydroxypropyl) propionate) 0.05-1 pts. wt. phosphorus acid tri(2,4-ditertiary butyl phenyl) ester. USE - High thermal conductivity heating pipe material. ADVANTAGE - The high thermal conductivity heating pipe material is suitable for industrial mass production, and has strong operability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing highly heat-conducting pipe material, which involves: (A) adding polyethylene, graphene, epoxidized oil, stearic acid, pentaerythritol tris ((3',5'-di-t- butyl-4'- hydroxypropyl)propionate), and phosphorus acid tri(2,4-ditertiary butyl phenyl) ester into high speed mixer at high speed for 3 minutes; (B) adding a twin-screw extruder for extrusion granulating to obtain a polyethylene/graphene masterbatch, where twin-screw extruder having speed of 50-150 revolutions per minute, temperature settings of each working zone are 170 plus minus 20 degrees C, 180 plus minus 20 degrees C, 190 plus minus 20 degrees C, 190 plus minus 20 degrees C, 190 plus minus 20 degrees C, and head temperature of 190 plus minus 20 degrees C; (C) adding mixture of polybutene, aluminum oxide, epoxidized oil, stearic acid, pentaerythritol tris ((3',5'-di-t-butyl-4'- hydroxypropyl) propionate), 4-di-tert-butylphenyl ester into a high speed mixer and mixed at high speed for 3 minutes; (D) granulating into twin-screw extruder for obtain a polybutene/aluminum oxide masterbatch, where technical parameters of twin-screw extruder are rotating speed is 50-150 revolutions per minute, and temperature settings of each working zone are 170 plus minus 20 degrees C, 180 plus minus 20 degrees C, 190 plus minus 20 degrees C, 190 plus minus 20 degrees C, 190 plus minus 20 degrees C, and head temperature of 190 plus minus 20 degrees C; and (E) adding polyethylene/ graphene masterbatch and polybutene/aluminum oxide masterbatch into twin-screw extruder, granulating to obtain final product, where twin-screw extruder process is carried out at rate of 50-150 revolutions per minute, and temperature setting of each working section is respectively 170 plus minus 20 degrees C, 180 plus minus 20 degrees C, 200 plus minus 20 degrees C, 200 plus minus 20 degrees C, 200 plus minus 20 degrees C and handpiece temperture is 200 plus minus 20 degrees C.
