NOVELTY - A natural graphite or artificial graphite is provided as raw material, supernatant solution is collected and centrifuged. The deposition is collected and vacuum-dried, to obtain graphite oxide. The obtained graphite oxide is dispersed in water and vacuum-dried, to obtain oxidized graphite alkene. The obtained alkene is dispersed in organic solvent, to obtain graphene oxide suspension. The composite fiber is provided through preoxidizing and carbonizing, to obtain graphene-reinforced polyacrylonitrile carbon fiber. USE - Preparation of graphene-reinforced polyacrylonitrile carbon fiber. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-reinforced polyacrylonitrile carbon fiber is efficiently and economically prepared with improved mechanical property, by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A natural graphite or artificial graphite is provided as raw material for 1-60 minutes at speed of 4000-6000 rpm, or using Hummer method, staudenmaier method or Brodie method, supernatant solution is collected, then centrifuged at speed of 12000-15000 rpm for 1-5 minutes. The deposition is collected and vacuum-dried, to obtain graphite oxide. The obtained graphite oxide is dispersed in water, centrifuged and washed by ultrasonic treatment, and vacuum-dried, to obtain oxidized graphite alkene. The obtained alkene is dispersed in the organic solvent at room temperature, to obtain graphene oxide suspension. The polyacrylonitrile is dispersed into organic solvent at 15 degrees C to swelling for 4-5 hours, continued to stir for 2-3 hours at 70-75 degrees C and cooled, to obtain polyacrylonitrile solution. The graphene or oxidized graphene suspension is provided with obtained polyacrylonitrile solution, blended, stirred at room temperature for 5-6 hours, filtered and defoamed, to obtain graphene/polyacrylonitrile spinning primary solution. The original liquid graphite alkene is spinned by wet method or dry-wet spinning technique/polyacrylonitrile composite fiber at 30-50 degrees C at stretching speed of 5-20 m/minute. The composite fiber is provided through preoxidizing and carbonizing, to obtain graphene-reinforced polyacrylonitrile carbon fiber. The aperture of spinneret hole is 0.08-0.5 mm. The temperature of the coagulation bath is 25-30 degrees C.
