▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene composite conductive hydrogel sensor, involves uniformly dispersing graphene in mixed solvent of deionized water and dimethyl sulfoxide, adding acrylic acid, 2-methoxyethyl acrylate and potassium persulfate to the solution, continuously stirring for 60 minutes, where the mass concentration of each substance in the solution is 10-30 g/l, 200 g/l, 200 g/l and 2 g/l, adding the obtained solution to PTFE reaction kettle, placing the reaction kettle in oven, reacting at 70 degrees C for 6 hours and preparing graphene composite conductive hydrogel, where the mass ratio of graphene, acrylic acid, 2-methoxyethyl acrylate and initiator potassium persulfate is (5-15):100:100:1. USE - The conductive hydrogel sensor is used in gel electrolyte, wearable device, software robot and high flexible electronic product. ADVANTAGE - The conductive hydrogel accurately monitors and senses the tensile stress, compressive stress and bending stress under solvent environment such as water, ethanol, chloroform, n-hexane and dodecane, and realizes the accurate sensing of stress changes of gel soft material under water and various solvent environments.
