▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Microwave liquid phase in situ synthesis of graphene/carbon nanotubes composite material involves mixing carbon nanotubes and an organic small molecular reagent, ultrasonically processing, dispersing, reacting resultant dispersion of carbon nanotubes in organic small molecular reagent with metallic sodium, adding predetermined amount of alkali metal compound, mixing, obtaining a microwave reaction precursor, reacting resultant product in a microwave reactor, filtering, washing, and drying. USE - Microwave liquid phase in situ synthesis of graphene/carbon nanotubes composite material used as electrode material of super capacitor (all claimed) for energy storage. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple, easy, environmentally-friendly, economical and quick microwave liquid phase in situ synthesis of graphene/carbon nanotubes composite material with reduced energy consumption and high productivity at low temperature. The super capacitor using the graphene/carbon nanotubes composite material has excellent energy storage effect.
