NOVELTY - Intumescent epoxy fireproof coating comprises component A composed of 20-40 wt.% epoxy resin, 3-5 wt.% expanded graphite, 0.1-0.5 wt.% graphene, 1-1.5 wt.% molybdenum trioxide, 7-17 wt.% ceramic fiber, 1-3 wt.% triphenyl phosphate, and 0.2-0.7 wt.% coupling agent, component B composed of 20-30 wt.% polyamide resin, 10-15 wt.% fatty amine adduct, 18-25 wt.% ammonium polyphosphate, 9-13 wt.% melamine polyphosphate, 10-15 wt.% pentaerythritol phosphate, and 1-3 wt.% carbon fiber. USE - Used as intumescent epoxy fireproof coating. ADVANTAGE - The intumescent epoxy fireproof coating: improves the weather resistance performance, mechanical strength and water resistance of the coating and the construction performance; realizes a thick coating; and improves the compatibility with the steel primer coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing an intumescent epoxy fireproof coating comprising (i) dispersing the quantitative graphene in the alicyclic epoxy resin, dropping the coupling agent, and ultrasonically shaking, (ii) placing the quantitative expanded graphite and molybdenum trioxide into the bisphenol F epoxy resin, grinding, adding the slurry of the step (i), stirring evenly, adding the quantitative triphenyl phosphate, ammonium polyphosphate, melamine polyphosphate and silicone-modified epoxy resin, dispersing at high speed, reducing the rotation speed, slowly adding ceramic fiber, stirring evenly to obtain a component A, (iii) placing the quantitative polyamide resin and the fatty amine adduct in a kettle and stirring uniformly, adding the quantitative ammonium polyphosphate, melamine polyphosphate, pentaerythritol phosphate, stirring at a high speed, (iv) adding the material mixed in step (iii) to the kneader, slowly adding the carbon fiber to knead evenly to obtain the component B, and (v) mixing the component A and the component B in proportion and smearing on the steel plate to complete the processing.
