▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-coated microporous silkworm sand-sulfur compound cathode material (I) is claimed, (I) is having discharge capacity of 990-1020 mAh/g at 1C, discharge specific capacity after circulating at 1C for 200 cycles is 880 mAh/g or more, and capacity retention rate is 90% or more. USE - Used as graphene-coated microporous silkworm sand-sulfur compound cathode material. ADVANTAGE - Graphene-coated microporous silkworm sand-sulfur compound cathode material improves battery life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing (I) comprising (i) mixing silkworm excrement and potassium hydroxide powder, adding into high temperature tubular furnace, introducing inert gas, heating reaction to obtain microporous silkworm excrement, (ii) placing step (i) obtained product into quartz tube, and adding sulfur powder into quartz tube, vacuumizing, sealing and placing into drying box, raising temperature to 120-160 degrees C, then insulating for 8-20 hours, and cooling naturally to room temperature to obtain SPCM/S1 composite material, (iii) carrying out secondary sulfur-loaded reaction by adding SPCM/S1 composite material to sodium thiosulfate solution, allowing to stand, then adding hydrochloric acid solution, and reacting for 2-5 hours, centrifuging, filtering, and drying to obtain microporous composite sulfur cathode material SPCM/S, and (iv) mixing SPCM/S composite material in aqueous solution of graphene oxide in a mass ratio of 5-19:1, mixing with stirring, and carrying out heat reaction in microwave reactor to obtain final product.
