NOVELTY - The device has a thin pipe whose inner end is formed with a radiating cavity. An outer end of the thin pipe is formed with a graphene thermal rectifier material layer that is fixed on a protective film layer. A PCB and a lamp cover are connected with an end of the radiating cavity. Another end of the radiating cavity is connected with a lamp socket. A bonding layer and a Gallium nitride chip are connected with the PCB through an adhesive layer. A driving power supply is arranged with the radiating cavity. USE - Graphene thermal rectifier material based high-power LED lamp radiating device. ADVANTAGE - The device is environment-friendly and inexpensive, and reduces energy consumption rate, and occupies less space, and has high lamp heat dissipation ability, prolonged service life and wide range of applications.
