NOVELTY - Preparation of electrochemical impedance electrode involves introducing graphene with nickel foam as a support, and loading polyhexamethyleneguanidinio perylene which is high efficiency antibacterial agent through pi - pi conjugation. USE - Preparation of electrochemical impedance electrode for detecting low concentration of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation provides electrode which effectively captures and kills bacteria. The prepared electrode has high sensitivity for detecting low concentration of bacteria.
