NOVELTY - A wireless capsule comprises capsule cavity, pressure sensor and temperature sensor. The pressure sensor is a variable-pole-distance type capacitance sensor with flat-plate electrode structure based on LC resonance principle. The pressure sensor comprises capsule cavity sensitive to pressure, flat electrode and inductance coil. The temperature sensor comprises temperature sensing material interdigital electrode, medium sensitive to temperature and inductance coil. The capsule cavity is provided with surface (A) and surface (B) both with flat plate electrode and inductance coil. The flat plate electrode is connected with inductance coil in series, and the surface (A) is opposite to surface (B). The surface (C) of capsule cavity is provided with interdigital electrodes, temperature-sensitive medium and inductance coil. The temperature-sensitive medium covers interdigital electrode connected with inductance coil in series, and the surface (C) is adjacent to surface (A). USE - Wireless capsule used in wearable gastrointestinal bio-signal sensing system (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The wireless capsule realizes the non-invasive on-line detection of the air pressure and temperature in intestinal tract by using coupling effect between induction coil on capsule and induction coil on abdominal belt. The pressure sensor in the wireless capsule is of flat capacitor structure, and because the inflation quantity in the capsule is constant and the sealing is good, the distance between the upper and lower polar plates of the capsule and the capacitance of the upper and lower polar plates of the capsule are adjusted by using deformation caused by air pressure difference between the capsule and intestinal tract. The temperature sensor is planar capacitance sensor with interdigital electrode structure, the dielectric constant of the temperature sensor changes along with change of the temperature of the intestines, and the change of the capacitance is reflected, so the wireless passive real-time detection of the pressure and temperature biological signals in gastrointestinal cavity is realized, the power characteristics of the gastrointestinal tract with abnormal functions are revealed, the blank of the current non-invasive real-time power detection of the gastrointestinal tract is filled, and the accurate positioning qualitative diagnosis and treatment are provided for gastrointestinal functional diseases.
