▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An alumina ceramic composite material comprises 72-97.9 %mass aluminum oxide, 0.1-5 %mass graphene, 1-10 %mass zirconium oxide, 0.5-3 %mass sintering aid, and 0.5-10 %mass binder. USE - Alumina ceramic composite material for ceramic filter plate (claimed) used in mechanical, metallurgy, chemical engineering, and medical applications. ADVANTAGE - The alumina ceramic composite material uses alumina as substrate. The graphene and zirconium oxide have synergistic toughening effect by adjusting the content, so as to improve the toughness of the alumina ceramic composite material. The experiment result shows that the bending strength of the alumina ceramic composite material is 648-728 MPa, and the fracture toughness is 6-7.6 MPa.m1/2. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation method of alumina ceramic composite material, which involves (1) mixing aluminum oxide, graphene, zirconium oxide, sintering aid, and binder, and ball milling to obtain mixed material, and (2) orderly pressing and sintering the mixed material obtained in the step (1) to obtain a finished product.
