NOVELTY - High-density long-acting anti-corrosion coating comprises a bottom coating, a buffer layer and a surface coating. The bottom coating is a bonding layer, which is coated with 30-40 wt.% diamond micropowder, 10-20 wt.% kaolin clay, 3-5 wt.% latent solvent, 1-3 wt.% dispersing agent, 6-8 wt.% leveling Hagen, 2-4 wt.% adhesive, 0.8-1 wt.% curing agent and 1-2 wt.% defoaming agent. The buffer layer is a middle reinforcing layer made of chopped carbon fiber. The chopped carbon is fiber by reacting the mixed gas of methane and hydrogen in the presence of a catalyst at 1000℃ high temperature to obtain discontinuous chopped carbon fibers. The surface coating is an anti-corrosion layer. The anti-corrosion layer is a high temperature resistant graphene anti-corrosion coating, which is coated with 20-30 wt.% oxide, 20-30 wt.% sodium silicate, 8-10 wt.% auxiliary agent, 3-5 wt.% graphene, 0.8-1 wt.% curing agent and deionized water (remaining amount). USE - The high-density long-acting anti-corrosion coating is useful for heating surface of rubbbish burning boiler. ADVANTAGE - The high-density long-acting anti-corrosion coating has high temperature resistance and good mechanical property, and ensures the whole bonding stability performance of the bottom coating layer, buffer layer and surface coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation of high density acting anti-corrosion coating for the rubbish surface of the burning boiler, comprising (i) adding deionized water, latent solvent, dispersing agent, flatting agent and antifoaming agent into the stirring barrel for stirring and mixing, adding diamond micro-powder and kaolin clay, uniformly stirring, adding adhesive into modulate the viscosity, stirring and defoaming or vacuum defoaming, adding curing agent into the bottom coating aqueous coating; (ii) uniformly spraying the bottom coating aqueous coating on the heated surface of the rubbish coating by the spray gun, when the bottom coating aqueous coating is not completely dry, uniformly paving the chopped carbon fiber, paving the chopped carbon fiber until the bottom coating cannot be bonding in the bottom coating; (iii) adding the surface coating in the proportion of the deionized water, and auxiliary agent into the stirring barrel for stirring and mixing, adding oxide, sodium silicate and, graphene, stirring and defoaming or vacuum defoaming, adding curing agent to obtain the surface coating aqueous coating; and (iv) uniformly spraying the preparation aqueous coating of the surface coating to the surface layer in the step (iii) through the spray gun to completely cover the buffer layer.
