▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-free halogen-free flame retardant two-component addition thermally conductive silicone rubber comprises 100 pts. wt. vinyl silicone oil, 5-15 pts. wt. hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 5-20 pts. wt. modified graphene, 0-10 pts. wt. hydrophobic fumed silica and 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. inhibitor as component A and 100 pts. wt. vinyl silicone oil, 0.5-2 pts. wt. platinum catalyst, 5-15 pts. wt. modified graphene and 0-10 pts. wt. hydrophobic fumed silica as component B. The modified graphene is prepared by coating graphene with cyclophosphazene and then hydrophobically modifying with silane. USE - Used as graphene-free halogen-free flame retardant two-component addition thermally conductive silicone rubber. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-free halogen-free flame retardant two-component addition thermally conductive silicone rubber: has excellent thermal conductivity while maintaining a low density, low price, excellent flame retardant performance, mechanical performance and processing performance; and no toxic substances or irritating gases are produced during the preparation process. The method is easy to operate and environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene-free halogen-free flame retardant two-component addition thermally conductive silicone rubber comprising (i) fully stirring vinyl silicone oil, hydrogen-containing silicone oil, modified graphene, hydrophobic fumed silica and inhibitor and mixing evenly to obtain component A, (ii) fully stirring vinyl silicone oil, platinum catalyst, modified graphene and hydrophobic fumed silica, and mixing evenly to obtain component B, and (iii) mixing component A and component B evenly during use, and further vulcanizing to obtain final product.
