▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Anti-virus and antibacterial aqueous slurry is claimed. The aqueous slurry is obtained by multi-layer orderly compounding graphene oxide and the metal framework compound of metal organic framework structure. USE - The slurry is useful for knitted fabrics, woven fabrics, warp-knitted fabrics and weft-knitted fabrics to fix the above graphene oxide-metal organic framework slurry on its surface to form a stable anti-virus and anti-bacterial functional coating, non-woven material containing above graphene oxide-metal organic framework slurry, membrane, sheet, and net material containing graphene oxide-metal organic framework slurry, plastic product and aqueous paint containing graphene oxide-metal organic framework slurry (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The slurry reduces thickness of graphene oxide sheet and adjusts concentration of metal organic framework variable valence metal ions, energy gap width increased from 1.3-1.55 eV; utilizes graphene and metal organic framework can generate reactive oxygen species and hot electrons, which can inactivate bacteria and viruses adsorbed on the surface of the functional slurry coating; and is safe and has no side effects through reactive oxygen species and hot electron antibacterial and antiviral. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) Metal ion of metal organic framework structure metal framework compound comprising aqueous dispersion formed by cobalt, nickel, copper and other variable metal salts and organic ligands, where active ingredient content 0.01-30%, taking water as single solvent to obtain metal organic framework, all units have certain degree of solubility and dispersibility in water, can dissolve and disperse disorderly in water, and their state is aqueous composite slurry; (2) Preparing graphene oxide and metal organic framework metal framework compound layer by intercalation method comprising dispersing 1-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide in water stably by ultrasound treatment, then heating it to 50-80degrees, adding surfactants drop wise or one-time addition of 2-5 pts. wt. metal organic framework compound to form aqueous dispersion, and reacting for 2-10 hours under heat preservation to form a stable slurry; (3) Anti-virus and anti-bacterial fiber structure, comprising padding and drying above graphene oxide-metal organic framework slurry which can form stable intermolecular forces with variety of fibers containing hydroxy or carboxy groups through padding and drying to firmly adhere to surface of the fiber so that the fiber has the ability to resist viruses and harmful bacteria, where fibers are virgin natural fibers including silk, hemp, wool and regenerated cellulose fibers, viscose fiber, bamboo fiber, modal fiber, cupra and chemical fiber vinylon; (4) Non-woven material containing above graphene oxide-metal organic framework slurry, comprising fixing antibacterial and antiviral slurry on the surface through non-woven material sizing method of one dipping, rolling and drying to obtain non-woven material anti-virus and anti-bacterial coating, where non-woven materials include non-woven materials e.g. spunlace cloth, melt-blown cloth, and electrostatic spinning; (5) Membrane, sheet, and net material containing graphene oxide-metal organic framework slurry fixed on its surface with anti-viral and anti-bacterial coating to form functional anti-viral and anti-bacterial material. (6) Plastic product, comprising surface of which contains graphene oxide-metal organic framework slurry fixed on the surface of anti-virus and anti-bacterial coating to form functional anti-virus and anti-bacterial plastic product; and (7) Aqueous paint containing graphene oxide-metal organic framework slurry fixed on the surface of the anti-virus and anti-bacterial coating to form functional anti-virus and anti-bacterial coating.
