▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing porous micro-airbag structure graphene involves dissolving polyacrylonitrile nano-fiber aPAN in aqueous solution, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain fiber solution, adding oxidized graphene solution into fiber solution and stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain GO-aPAN; placing layer of polyvinyl alcohol PVA gas gel film on the substrate, scraping the GO-anPAN solution on PVA film; using the above method to prepare multilayer alternating film, where the uppermost layer and the lowest layer are GO/aPAAN film; where n is the total layer number of the film, n is more than or equal to 3; and pre-oxidizing the GO/anPAAN-PVA-n film obtained in the step 2, high temperature carbonizing treatment, and cooling to obtain the desired graphene film GC/C-n. USE - The method is used for preparing porous-micro-airbag structure of graphene used in electromagnetic wave absorbing and electromagnetic shielding field, and polluted water treatment field. ADVANTAGE - The porous graphene-micro-airbag structure has excellent mechanical property, conductivity and electromagnetic shielding performance. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a stress-strain curve of the alternating film obtained in Comparative Example 1 according to the embodiment 1 to 3.
