USE - The thermally conductive sheet material is useful for electronic equipment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing thermally conductive sheet material useful for electronic equipment comprises: (i) mixing 18 pts. wt. graphene and 1 pts. wt. polyvinylpyrrolidon to obtain the pretreated graphene, mixing 36 pts. wt. N-methyl-phenethylamine and 50 pts. wt. ethanol, stirring for 20 minutes, adding 12 pts. wt. silicon nitride, mixing for 1 hour adding pretreated graphene, heating with stirring at 50 degrees C for 25 minutes to obtain a mixture; (ii) mixing 100 pts. wt. bis ((3,4-epoxycyclohexyl) methyl) adipate and 150 pts. wt. ethylene glycol, heating with stirring at 150 degrees C for 15 minutes, adding 6 pts. wt. 3-tridecafluorohexyl propylene, adjusting the temperature to 90 degrees C, adding 0.1 pts. wt. magnesium turnings, heating with stirring at 90 degrees C for 2 hours, adding 6 pts. wt. aluminum oxide, stirring to obtain a fluorine-containing epoxy composition; and (iii) mixing step (i) mixture with 2-3 pts. wt. of step (ii) fluorine-containing epoxy composition, stirring for 40 minutes, adding 0.3 pts. wt. sulfur-cyano-1- (2-aminophenyl) ethanone, stirring for 1 hour to obtain a precursor, removing the solvent from precursor by rotary evaporation, placing in mold and carrying out thermal curing. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for thermally conductive sheet material useful for electronic equipment.
