NOVELTY - Production of graphene modified polyethylene antibacterial pipeline involves: preparing polyethylene particles, black masterbatch and graphene masterbatch as raw materials in mass ratio of 95:(4.9-4.95):(0.05-0.1); stirring and mixing raw materials in a mixer at 50-100 rpm for 15-20 minutes; uniformly pouring mixed raw material into a twin-screw machine through screw cutting and extruding, then heating and melting, and extruding through die head at a temperature zone (A) of 100-130degrees Celsius, temperature zones (B) and (C) of 160-210degrees Celsius, and an extrusion die head zone temperature of 230-250degrees Celsius; and cooling the extruded pipeline by using a sizing sleeve for preliminary shaping to 70-90degrees Celsius, then placing the pipeline in a spray box for rapid cooling shaping, taking out the cooled pipeline to check whether flaws exist, spraying codes on qualified products, then checking the quality of the pipeline again, and warehousing the qualified products. USE - The method is useful for producing graphene modified polyethylene antibacterial pipeline used for conveying system of domestic drinking water (claimed) e.g. municipal water and civil tap water. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene modified polyethylene antibacterial pipeline, which is inexpensive and has excellent antiviral properties, uses graphene, which has non-volatile, no loss, and long-acting antibacterial ability. The graphene polyethylene has an antibacterial rate of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus exceeding 99.9%.
