NOVELTY - The co-deposition method for preparing graphene-based molybdenum disulfide material, involves melting lithium chloride, potassium chloride, potassium thiocyanate and ammonium molybdate tetrahydrate in electrolytic cell, obtaining lithium chloride-potassium chloride-potassium thiocyanate-ammonium molybdate tetrahydrate electrolyte system and performing electrolysis using metal molybdenum as working electrode, graphite as auxiliary electrode and silver/silver chloride as reference electrode, filtering solid phase, washing and drying, to obtain graphene-based molybdenum disulfide material. USE - Co-deposition method for preparing graphene-based molybdenum disulfide material used as catalyst and lubricant for preparing optoelectronic device. ADVANTAGE - The preparation process is simplified, and the production cost is reduced. The lattice distortion is low and dispersing property is high. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The co-deposition method for preparing graphene-based molybdenum disulfide material, involves adding lithium chloride, potassium chloride, potassium thiocyanate and ammonium molybdate tetrahydrate at mass ratio of 44-45:44-45:4:3 to the electrolytic cell of the electrolytic furnace and heating and melting, obtaining lithium chloride-potassium chloride-potassium thiocyanate-ammonium molybdate tetrahydrate electrolyte system and performing electrolysis for 1-2 hours using metal molybdenum as working electrode, graphite as auxiliary electrode and 1 wt.% silver/silver chloride as the reference electrode, under electrolysis temperature of 450-550 degrees C and current of 3.0-6.0 A.cm-2, reducing the material temperature in the electrolytic cell to room temperature, filtering out solid phase, washing and drying, to obtain graphene-based molybdenum disulfide material.
