▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Flexible high-flux graphene oxide/silica complex film comprises graphene oxide/silica complex membrane filter cake and a polymer base film located under the graphene oxide/silica complex membrane cake. The flexible high-flux graphene oxide/silica complex film prepared by (i) using 0.1-0.5 mg/ml graphene oxide solution as a raw material, and stirring it uniformly in water to obtain graphene oxide solution, (ii) adding silica nanoparticles and a crosslinking agent to the obtained graphene oxide solution according to the weight ratio of (0.1-1): 1, and stirring uniformly, where the particle diameter of the silica nanoparticles ranges from 50-300 nm, and the quality of the silica and graphene oxide ratio is (0.1-5): 1, the crosslinking agent is ethylenediamine, malonic acid, butanediamine or hexamethylenediamine, and (iii) suction filtering the obtained mixed solution onto the polymer base film of 0.1-0.5 mu m, and (iv) cross-linking and drying in an oven 20-70 degrees C for 0.5-3 hours. USE - The flexible high-throughput graphene oxide/silica complex film as a filter material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The complex membrane: has excellent oil/water mixture and organic dye filtration characteristics, and wide application prospects in the fields of sewage treatment and water purification, and great commercial promotion value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the flexible high-flux graphene oxide/silica complex film by above mentioned method.
