NOVELTY - A carbon-coated graphene oxide composite material preparing method involves mixing graphene oxide and organic carbon source in a mass ratio of 1-10:1 to form a mixture. The mixture is subjected to a pyrolysis and cooled in an oxygen free environment to obtain graphene oxide composite material. USE - Method for preparing a carbon-coated graphene oxide composite material that is utilized as an anode material of a lithium ion battery and/or a capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the composite material in a simple and economical manner with less energy consumption, stable structural performance and high conductivity, and without pollution to the environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a carbon-coated graphene oxide composite material.
