NOVELTY - The method for preparing graphene-based planar micro-super capacitor through photoreduction method involves (a) preparing graphene oxide and photocatalyst as raw materials into a graphene oxide, graphene oxide/photocatalyst composite electrode using thin film electrode preparation methods on a substrate, (b) covering a self-made planar mask plate on a thin-film electrode and reducing graphene oxide exposed to light source using graphene oxide with a certain strength to form patterned graphene electrode with configuration and size, (c) coating a surface of the graphene electrode with a current collector by evaporation, and (d) removing mask and applying an electrolyte to a surface of the electrode to obtain a planarized-micro supercapacitor. USE - Method is useful for preparing graphene-based planar micro-super capacitor through photoreduction method, where the capacitor is useful in micro-nano devices such as micro-electromechanical systems, micro-robots and implantable medical devices. ADVANTAGE - The method ensures simple, convenient, economical and efficient preparation of the graphene-based planar micro-super capacitor, and is suitable for large-scale production.
