▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A negative electrode active material comprises graphene oxide, a graphene oxide-polydopamine coating layer comprising a polydopamine layer coated on a surface of graphene oxide, and titanium niobate microparticles attached to a surface of graphene oxide-polydopamine coating layer. The graphene oxide of the graphene oxide-polydopamine coating layer is sheet-type graphene oxide. USE - Active material is used for forming negative electrode for secondary battery e.g. lithium-ion battery used for device e.g. portable electronic device, mobile unit and power device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The negative electrode formed using the active material provides secondary battery having improved output characteristics and life characteristics. The active material uses hydrophilicity and adhesiveness of polydopamine to attach titanium niobate particles produced by solvent heat synthesis process. By attaching the titanium niobate particles to polydopamine-coated graphene oxide surface, the titanium niobate particles are densely and uniformly attached to graphene oxide surface, thereby forming a close electron conduction path. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the negative electrode active material, which involves preparing (i) titanium niobate microparticles by solvent heat synthesis, coating (ii) polydopamine on the surface of graphene oxide and ultrasonically-processing to obtain polydopamine-coated graphene oxide coating layer, and adding (iii) the polydopamine-coated graphene oxide to a solvent in which the titanium niobate microparticles are dispersed, and attaching titanium niobate microparticles to the surface of the polydopamine-coated graphene oxide.
