▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Processing anode homogenizing device cleaning waste liquid, comprises (i) adjusting the pH of the pure water to 1-4 by using an acidity regulator, (ii) adjusting the pH value to the aqueous solution of 1-4, filling carbon dioxide gas, and allowing to stand to obtain carbon dioxide mixed aqueous solution, (iii) adding the carbon dioxide mixed aqueous solution into the anode waste liquid to be processed, slowly stirring, and allowing to stand to obtain mixed solution, (iv) pumping the mixed solution into a high-pressure membrane filter press to filter to obtain N-methyl pyrrolidone (NMP) aqueous solution, (v) adding sodium carbonate into the filtered NMP aqueous solution, stirring and allowing to stand, and filtering again, introducing the obtained filtrate which is the NMP aqueous solution to a rectifying tower, and purifying NMP product. USE - The method is useful for producing automotive-grade lithium-ion power batteries (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: does not utilize flocculating agent; improves the processing efficiency, and the recovery rate; reduces secondary hazardous waste discharge; and improves economic benefit.
