DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Coating comprises 20-45 pts. wt. silicone resin emulsion, 3-8 pts. wt. silicone waterproof agent, 2-7 pts. wt. graphene dispersion, 0.1-0.6 pts. wt. emulsion de-foaming agent, 0.1-0.6 pts. wt. sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. flatting agent, 1-2 pts. wt. citric acid, 7-10 pts. wt. phosphorus slag powder, 6-9 pts. wt. gypsum, 1-2 pts. wt. phenylethyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether and 1-2 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH550. The graphene dispersions comprises 10-15 pts. wt. graphite, 1-2 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH-550, 20-40 pts. wt. ethanol, 2-4 pts. wt. hydrazine hydrate, 5-8 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylformamide and 80-120 pts. wt. distilled water. The graphite powder is prepared by dispersing graphite oxide in distilled water Hummers method and carrying out ultrasonic dispersion for 30-40 minutes. The mixture is centrifuged at a speed of 2500-2600 revolutions per minute speed centrifugation at 25-35 minutes. The supernatant and silane coupling agent KH-550 are mixed with ethanol. The reaction is continued for 1-2 hour and hydrazine hydrate is added at 95-100 degrees C for 2-3 hours and reduction reaction is carried out. The mixture is dried with anhydrous ethanol and obtained product is washed with distilled water. The product is ultrasonically dispersed in mixed solution of dimethylformamide and distilled water in the volume ratio 9:1 to obtain graphene dispersion. The emulsion de-foaming agent comprises 1-2 3-iodo-2-propynyl butylcarbamate, 10-15 polysiloxane, 0.2-0.4 sorbitan monooleate, 0.3-0.4 polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate, 10-20 deionized water, 1-2 ethyltrimethoxysilane, 1-2 polyvinyl ether, 3-5 hydrophobic silica, 1-2 polyethylene glycol, 1-2 cuprous oxide and 0.5-0.7 ricinoleic acid. The emulsion de-foaming agent is prepared by mixing ethyltrimethoxysilane and hydrophobic silica. The mixture is added to at 120-150 degrees C for 1-2 hours. The mixture is cooled to room temperature after completion of the reaction. The sorbitan monooleate and polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate are mixed and heated to 40-60 degrees C and then added to obtained mixture. The mixture is stirred at high-speed for 20-40 minutes. The remaining ingredients except deionized water are removed and the temperature is controlled at 70-80 degrees C. The mixture is naturallly cooled to room temperature. The stirring is stopped and the obtained colloid is milled and ground 2-3 times to obtain emulsion de-foaming agent. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing coating, which involves: (A) adding silicone resin emulsion to the kettle and stirring at a speed of 500 revolutions per minute; (B) adding silicone waterproof agent and dispersing for 5-6 minutes; (C) adding graphene dispersion and stirring for 5-7 minutes; (D) adding 50-60 wt.% de-foaming agent to the emulsion, stirring and dispersing for 5-7 minutes; (E) adding sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and dispersing for 8-10 minutes until particles are completely dissolved; (F) increasing stirring speed to 800 revolutions per minute and adding phosphorus slag powder and gypsum; (G) dispersing for 15-20 minutes and adding remaining amount of emulsion de-foaming agent; (H) adding the remaining ingredients and dispersing for 5-10 minutes; and (I) filtering through a colloid mill i.e. grinding at high speed to obtain the product.
