▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - In situ preparation of graphene/polyurethane composite material involves a) weighing polyether polyol (18240-49530 pts.wt.), dibutyl tin laurate (15-30 pts.wt.), triethanolamine (15-3000 pts.wt.), dimethyl silicone oil (15-5830 pts.wt.), distilled water (15-5830 pts.wt.), graphite (3-30000 pts.wt.) and isocyanate (48980-77070 pts.wt.); b) drying polyether polyol at 80-110 degrees C for 1-3 hours; c) mixing dried polyether polyol with dibutyl tin laurate, triethanolamine, dimethyl silicone oil, distilled water, and graphite; ultrasonic oscillating; d) adding isocyanate to the mixture. USE - For in situ preparation of graphene/polyurethane composite material (claimed), which is useful for making plastic products. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem of the graphene/polyurethane composite material preparation method using graphene as raw material so as to cause high cost, complex process, and is not suitable for large-scale industrial production. The method saves 50% cost, and is suitable for large-scale industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - In situ preparation of graphene/polyurethane composite material involves a) weighing polyether polyol (18240-49530 pts.wt.), dibutyl tin laurate (15-30 pts.wt.), triethanolamine (15-3000 pts.wt.), dimethyl silicone oil (15-5830 pts.wt.), distilled water (15-5830 pts.wt.), graphite (3-30000 pts.wt.) and isocyanate (48980-77070 pts.wt.); b) placing weighed polyether polyol (18240-49530 pts.wt.) in a drying oven; drying at 80-110 degrees C for 1-3 hours to obtain the dried polyether polyol; c) mixing the dried polyether polyol with dibutyl tin laurate, triethanolamine, dimethyl silicone oil, distilled water, and graphite to obtain the uniform mixture; ultrasonic oscillating for 2-12 hours; d) adding isocyanate to the mixture at room temperature for 1-5 minutes to obtain the graphene/polyurethane composite material.
