NOVELTY - The method involves mixing magnesium powder and graphene to obtain mixed powder. The mixed powder is pressed into a sheet. The slices are heated and cooled alternately. The crushing treatment is performed on the slices, then the slices are reacted with hydrogen at 300-500 degrees Celsius, and the reaction product is mixed with graphite powder to obtain the hydrogen storage material. The weight of the graphene is 0.5 to 1% of the weight of the magnesium powder. The weight of the graphite powder is 5 to 10% of the weight of the hydrogen storage material. The magnesium powder and the graphene are mixed, then placed in absolute ethyl alcohol, treated with ultrasonic waves of 20kHZ, and dried to obtain a mixed powder. The sheet is crushed and then placed in a reaction vessel, the reaction vessel is evacuated, hydrogen is introduced, and the reaction vessel is heated to 300-500 degrees Celsius. USE - Method for producing hydrogen storage material (claimed) e.g. magnesium hydride hydrogen storage material. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the thermal conductivity and reaction dynamics performance of the hydrogenated magnesium hydrogen storage material. The method uses the magnesium powder and graphene to obtain mixed powder, the mixed powder is pressed into sheet, the sheet alternately performs heating, cooling process, increasing graphene capable of improving heat conducting performance of magnesium hydride hydrogen storage materials. The magnesium powder, graphite alkene of the contact area to generate gap, so as to activate the magnesium, improving the conversion rate of the magnesium hydroxide, after the hydrogenation magnesium is generated, adding graphite powder, further improving the heat-conducting performance.
