NOVELTY - Synthesizing graphene from screen film using film overlapped moving large area method for coordination assembling involves: using laminating machine with a screen film on the copper foil surface of the graphene, and then etching the copper foil, to form graphene/screen complex transferring device for stretching original film layer, and laminating a graphene to separate screen film and graphene which is released to the target on the substrate. USE - For synthesizing graphene from screen film using film overlapped moving large area method for coordination assembling (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method realizes large area transfer through the screen of the graphene film and laminating machine, and can be overlapped moving multi-layer graphene on the target substrate by repeating the operation. The method is simple, easy to operate and cost effective.
