▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing copper-based graphene composite material comprises growing a graphene film on the surface of copper foil by chemical vapor deposition, where the thickness of described copper foil is 1-100 µm to obtain copper-based graphene unit layer, stacking together at least two layers of the copper-based graphene unit layer to obtain a stacked assembly, using ultrasonic welding technology to weld the stacked components, where the ultrasonic frequency of the ultrasonic welding is 15-100 kHz, and the ultrasonic amplitude is 20-60 µm, and removing stress and annealing the welded stack assembly. The copper foil is rolled copper foil, electrolytic copper foil, and/or single crystal copper foil. USE - Preparation method of copper-based graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method is economical, simple and efficient industrial preparation process to prepare a high-conductivity composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a copper-based graphene composite material, prepared by the above method.
