NOVELTY - A sophora flower bud rutin and quercetin simultaneously measuring method involves utilizing graphene modified glassy carbon electrode as working electrode for simultaneously measuring rutin and quercetin by utilizing cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry. USE - Electrochemical method for simultaneously measuring rutin and quercetin of sophora flower bud. ADVANTAGE - The method enables utilizing the graphene as the modifying material of the electrode, so that the rutin and quercetin can be electrochemically separated on the modifying electrode.
