NOVELTY - A graphene-based aqueous epoxy zinc-rich coating comprises component (A) and component (B) in a mass ratio of 1.5-3:1. The component (A) contains 45-60 pts. wt. zinc powder, 5-10 pts. wt. polyamide curing agent, 0.05-0.1 pt. wt. defoamer, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. dispersant and 8-12 pts. wt. water. The component (B) contains 70-80 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin emulsion, 3-7 pts. wt. aqueous graphene slurry and 0.8-1.5 pts. wt. functional additives. USE - Graphene-based aqueous epoxy zinc-rich coating. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous epoxy zinc-rich coating has good flexibility, adhesion, salt spray resistance, water resistance and impact resistance. The coating has no blistering, no wrinkling, no falling off and no rust in the water. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of the aqueous epoxy zinc-rich paint, which involves (1) mixing zinc powder, polyamide curing agent, defoamer, dispersant and water to obtain component (A), (2) mixing the aqueous epoxy resin emulsion, the aqueous graphene slurry and the functional additives to obtain the component (B), and (3) mixing component (A) and component (B) to obtain graphene type aqueous epoxy zinc-rich coating.
