NOVELTY - Preparing cement-based composite material (1) preparing saturated calcium hydroxide solution, mixing with de-ionized water to obtain calcium hydroxide solution, stirring using glass rod with magnetic stirrer, (2) mixing silicon ash and aqueous solution of calcium hydroxide by mixing silicon ash with calcium hydroxide solution, using polytetrafluoroethylene film sealing cover on the magnetic stirrer, stirring to obtain mixed slurry containing silicon ash, (3) surface modification of silica fume using the filter film to filter the mixed slurry containing silicon ash to obtain the surface modified silicon ash, adding de-ionized diluting graphene oxide, stirring with glass rod, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene oxide suspension, synthesizing modified silicon ash-graphene oxide nano mixture, weighing modified silicon ash and graphene oxide suspension and mixing, stirring to obtain modified silicon ash-graphene oxide nano mixture, (4) adding mixed water and cement. USE - The method is useful for preparing cement-based composite material using silicon ash-graphene oxide mixture modified by surface. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of cement-based composite material with excellent mechanical property and synergistic effect, avoids the agglomeration of graphene oxide in cement, and improves the activity of silicon ash.
